You can ask for anything in My name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in My name. and I will do it! (John 14:13,14 NLT)
That sounds simple, right? Ask God for whatever you want and you will have it? We put constraints and limitations on what we ask God for. Do we simply find ourselves afraid or do we think that God doesn't care about our desires? That couldn't be farther from the truth! God wants us to have His absolute best! It's time for us to believe that He is a loving Daddy that gives more than we ask, think, or imagine!
Now to him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen. (Eph. 3:20,21 AMP)
God tells us to ask for our desires and assures us that we will receive beyond our wildest dreams. He makes it easy for us to believe when he gave His very best in His only Son Jesus. Knowing this, we come to Him boldly, confidently, and with great joy. Looking at the gift of His Son, we see....
- Jesus purchased our eternal life.
- Jesus took our sin, guilt, and shame.
- Jesus freed us from bondage; emotionally, financially, and relationally. In every area of our lives.
- Jesus gave us perfect health, total happiness, and absolute success.
- Jesus granted us complete victory over the enemy.
Beloved know you are adored by Him. He is leaning in to hear your prayers and finds delight in giving you His Kingdom. Knowing the perfect gift of Jesus gives you the confidence to ask for all the longings in your heart.
So don't be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom. (Luke 12:32 NLT)
Join me in praying.

Thank you that my prayer life is becoming ignited and exhilarating! Thank you for loving me so much. In His Holy name we pray. Amen, amen, amen.
