HIS BURNING ONES

I want to welcome you to my blog. Many years ago the Lord impressed upon me to begin to write and journal about the times we would spend together. Over seven years ago the Lord told me to begin to publish the things that He both showed me and spoke to me during those intimate times with Him. The more I sought to hear from Him, the more He showed up. Those moments have both encouraged, healed, and ignited my heart. I hope you enjoy every article shared here as I continue to journey closer to His heart and share the words that He whispers. I pray that you are encouraged and ignited as well. May you draw nearer to Him as He draws nearer to you. I also want to invite you to send any prayer requests you may have. My husband and I both love to pray for others and see God bring their needs and desires to pass. May you be blessed and thank you for visiting.

13 This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God's Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ. (Ephesians 4:13 NLT)

Behold the New is Here!

It's been awhile since I have had any spare time to write. Amidst the busy season of homeschooling my children, teaching women's bible studies, and packing up my family time is a very valuable thing. Most days I just want to pause and be in the sweet presence of my Lord. However, once the new year began there was a gentle nudging from Him to pick up my pen and start writing again. As I said earlier, my family and I are in the middle of moving into our dream come true! A dream home that was well worth the long four year wait. I'll certainly have to share on the details of that journey on a later post. For the most part its enough to know that we are a family of six who have been living in a 1,000 sqft. apartment for two and a half years. You can imagine how challenging that would be at times for all of us, but we had also made it to the city that God had called us to. That was certainly worth it and we knew our God was faithful! There is no better place to be than in the will of God and that includes never knowing where that journey may take you.

There are always good things taking place in what we do not know. This is the truth that I truly learned in the season of patience and faith. I had to remind myself constantly that those two qualities would receive HIs promises. Faith aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnd patience. And isn't that just what it feels like in the middle of the process for the promise? So, after much waiting, wanting to give up, but not giving up because after all how could we ever do that. Our God proved Himself Faithful yet once again. He made a way, rather quickly I might add, and is bringing us into our five bedroom home in Fort Worth. A journey that began four years prior. What a Mighty God we serve! The pain of birth is always worth the long awaited promise. Can I get an amen from every mother who has brought forth her beautiful children in the pains of labor? Of course! How easily we forget that pain and decide that we want to have another child!

So what does God have in store for His Church this year? Oh, there will be so much change, multiple promises fulfilled, and stretching into where we have never gone before. Here is an introduction into what this year will be bringing about.

  But forget all that-
it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.
For I am about to do something new.
See, I have already began! Do you not see it? ( Is. 43;18,19 NLT)

In order to fully appreciate the beauty in these verses you have to look back at what the Lord was commanding them to forget. God was referring to their miraculous deliverance in the parting of the red sea and the mighty defeat of their enemies when the sea swallowed them whole. Never to be seen again! These miraculous and supernatural events were what the Lord was encouraging them to let go of at this time. He was preparing them to receive the new things He wanted to bring about that was far greater than what their eyes had previously seen.

This is what the Lord is saying to His people in this hour. You have seen mighty acts, my presence you have encountered, my miracles you have experienced and see many times, but you have seen nothing yet. Not only will I surpass these glorious acts but I am going to do them through the hands of my called out ones, my devoted children.

You see even in the Bible it describes this time of transition when the children of Israel came into the promiseland. In this new land they would still continue to fight giants as they did before but now they would need to use their hands to collect the milk and honey that would be flowing there. God was calling them to more responsibility and co-laboring with Him.

The wilderness times have served their great purpose but the time of promises are here. Welcome home to the land of His promises fulfilled! You have seen His great acts and now you shall do them! You are a prepared people for His signs, miracles, and wonders. What a wonderful new thing the Lord is releasing us to see and partake of together! Every gift, each deposit on the inside of us, and His promises are coming forth in this hour and it cannot be thwarted. Get ready for the stretching that will take place to conceive the greater that the Lord is now bringing forth through us.

What I'm about to tell you is true. Anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. In fact, he will do even greater things. That is because I am going to the Father.  (John 14:12 NIRV)

When Jesus ascended His mantle was passed on to His sons and daughters. This year we are taking up the full mantle of Jesus Christ, our royal robes of righteousness, and powerful authority. These gifts we will both yield and wield under His command. Can you sense the excitement of the new wine that is bursting at the seems? I assure you as you have struggled in the waiting and faithfully surrendered to His timing, you will not be disappointed. Believe me that even as long as you have waited the Lord has waited much longer than us.

Prepare to stretch. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Find your resting place in Him in the midst of it all. Jesus is to be our focus through all the pains of stretching, carrying, and bringing forth our promises for His glory corporately, With Him we can do this and without Him we will fall into the weariness and fatigue that birth can bring. Do not abort what is in you because you fail to rest and prepare.

The fires of His love will carry you through every transition phase of the birthing process. Know that every stretch will bring you closer to your delivery time as every painful contraction brings a baby down the mother's birth canal. You can and you will. You were made for Glory and that glory will be seen.

I want to close with the mystery of the ninth Hebrew letter which foretells what the year of 2019 will unveil. You can refer back to the beginning picture. The ninth Hebrew letter is know as tet  (it is pronounced as mate). Tet is a paradoxical letter in that it reveals both good (tov) and evil. The form of the letter is "inverted" suggesting hidden goodness, like that of a woman who is pregnant with child.

There you have it right in the number of our year both on the Gregorian (2019) and Hebrew calendar which is 5779. We will see the hidden goodness of God on the inside of us brought forth for His Glory! It's going to be an exciting year of change, growth in the stretching, and birth to so many promises. What a glorious year it will be!

Come forth Mighty Ones for My Glory and the time of My revealing.
Come forth in all your beauty and splendor declaring My praises to the Nations!
Sing oh beautiful bride of mine.
Sing for your King for your weeping is turning and your tears are collected.
What refreshing streams of living water are falling upon you even now.
Rejoice! Rejoice my cherished ones!
Lift up your hands, lift up your hearts, and lift up your heads
for my glory has come upon you and great will be your joy.

For I consider [from the standpoint of faith] that the sufferings of this present life are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us! For [even the whole] creation [all nature] waits eagerly for the children of God to be revealed. ( Romans 8:18,19 AMP)
